Little Caesars Pizza - Norman

On Friday, May 20th at 17.15 a.m. at this place waited 25 minutes for my order so that they could tell me that they did not have part of the food I ordered. so that they canceled my order and charged me for what I ordered. it's 3 days ago and I still haven't got my money back. So I was charged twice and had to wait for what is hot and finished pizza.

They don't wait for this opportunity. every visit I had last year was terrible. their estimated times are terrible. its always everywhere from 15 minutes to an hour waiting past it time ready to estimate that already wait a 20-25 minutes from the time they order. this place really needs better management and personal. I simply go from now on to domino, fast friendly service there every time. This little Cesars location always looks like they ask inconveniently only to do their job and make their food. n I never ask for something difficult only ur cheese and pfefferoni pizza, should be hot and ready, but her hot and ready gown is always empty when u ask for it.

The staff here don't wear gloves when handling food and are impolite.

Pizza was undercooked to the point that the crust was still just dough.

I was somewhat disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I requested extra cheese on my pizza, and while they did add enough cheese, they almost overcooked it.
