Arby's - Norman

Another high pressure day combined with a significant shortage of time I hurriedly darted into the lobby and up to the counter of the local Arby's restaurant. Disturbingly it took approximately 5 minutes for an associate to finally approach the register; in the interim the couple waiting behind me spun on their heels and left. The food was tasty although the additional time lost resulted in me eating while en route something I'm not a fan of.

I had the 4 for $10 Classic Roast Beef meal with curly fries and a drink. The food was absolutely amazing, and I would like to say thank you to Brandon. He was very helpful and he should get a reward for how helpful he was. One thing, though, the bathroom was not very clean (not disgusting, but it could have been cleaner). Overall, I had a great experience!

Went thru the drive thru. Food was NOT FRESH. Specifically the crinkle cut fries. All the manager had to say about it was I'm sorry you feel that way. It's not how I feel, it's the fact the fries we're so hard they chipped a tooth!! How is someone supposed to feel about that? She did NOT give me her name. And then proceeded to offer me a replacement the next time I came back. There WON'T BE A NEXT TIME!!!

It was a little slow in the drive thru but come to find out there was 2 employees and one manager she did great given the situation. So yes slow but food was right and goodFood: 5/5
