Rude employees, don't listen to customers. Never get full order and when asked the question was shot by a young one. Will never return.

25/03/2022 Friday dinner time I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and went to gyg to take a quick meal before my hotel stay before I traveled home tomorrow. I've always loved being gyg in Rockhampton, as the staff is always incredible. There were quite...a few customers waiting in the line and I noticed that some of them were quite rude for the staff despite the efforts of employees to maintain with the demanding customers. I myself worked in hospitality and I can recognize hard workers. The gyg staff has an incredible team and I would recommend their restaurant to anyone who wants a nice meal. I had to wait a while for my meal, but that was not a guilt to gyg, but to the customers who don't let me get to the desk to collect my meal. I was quite tired and had not called my number and only got the chance after the restaurant had cooled down. The manager Spencer realized what had happened and made my meal again, so it was fresh and apologized about waiting. Spencer is an amazing manager and I want to recognize his hard work and his staff.

The staff was friendly and the food was very delicious. We had a burrito and it was really full. Just the reason I didn't have it was that some of the tables weren't excessively clean, but it's worth a visit to the food.

I frequently dine at this restaurant where the staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the meals are delicious. I highly recommend it for both lunch and dinner.
