Chipotle Mexican Grill - Normal

Hear them, I love chipotle but this place on s. main generally continues to disappoint when regarding delivery. I only have my order and it may have 6 pieces of chicken, then the whole bowl is 90% rice, so I have paid $21 for a bowl rice and queso, and this is not the first time I have received a delivery and the ingredients I ordered fill just half the dish. it's just disappointing.

The interior of the restaurant feels a bit cramped given the high foot traffic it receives. Additionally, for the outdoor seating, they do not provide any external shields, which could be a drawback. I recommend this place for small groups or for takeout only. If you choose to dine in, it's best to avoid peak hours to ensure you have enough space and to receive your food promptly. I placed an online order for four dishes, but three of the four were drenched in so much hot sauce that they were nearly inedible, causing severe discomfort. The portion sizes were also smaller than expected, and the containers were not properly sealed. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to order from Chipotle again. My main concerns are trust and the waste of my resources. I hope they can improve their online order process for future customers. No one should have more hot sauce than rice in their bowl unless they specifically request it. Regarding vegetarian options, they do offer vegan choices, and it's a good idea to ask the staff about which options are vegetarian. They have a plant-based substitute for their meat dishes. If you have any dietary restrictions, be sure to inform the staff about what you cannot have to prevent any accidental mix-ups.

Eating was in order, but every table inside and outside was dirty and everyone can overflow. the staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

The customer ahead of me got twice the amount of meat for the same price. When it was my turn to build my bowl, I received the smallest portion I've ever seen. I wanted to voice my concern, but the employees seemed indifferent and didn't seem to value my money. You should have seen how much meat they gave the guy behind me; it would have been laughable if I were expected to pay for such a tiny serving. They really need to treat all their customers well, not just those they find appealing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The prices are excessively high, and they charge extra for some toppings, plus they don't serve iced tea. Qdoba is a much better option. However, the staff were friendly and efficient.
