Dunkin' - Norfolk

Worst experience ever had at a dunks. June 5 2022. Ordered 3 simple drinks inside. After 15 mins I had to ask where my drinks were. The staff were clueless and were throwing out more drinks that were being handed to customers. It wasn’t even that busy. All told took 25 mins and my wife’s coffee was wrong. Amazed this place was even open. Half the people in there were just walking around doing nothing.

There were three guys who helped me pick out my coffee. It was first time at dunkin, and I ended up loving the drink. Wonderful service, they were very friendly. I hope they are well.

One time they forgot to give me one my drinks. Service is fine.

I love this place! All they have is fresh and tasty. Your baked goods are particularly good! I can't wait to go back when I get home from college this spring!

This coffeehouse has all cozy vibes, a fireplace, beautiful local art everywhere, amazing drinks and amazing food. The selection of dishes and drinks is fantastic.
