The Barrel Pizza and Spaghetti House

We were staying at the hotel down the street and chose this place to eat because it was close. We were quite a large group, however service was good and food was excellent! The place was packed so you know it is a popular place! Great menu choices and prices are very reasonable as well as the liquor prices. If ever in the area again we would eat here! You won't be disappointed!

We’ve been to the Barrel a couple of times on our way to Port Dover, and consider it ideal for a special treat. It is a cut above the average pizzeria or spaghetti place, both in menu and the quality of the food. Even the salad dressings are home made, and the pastas are cooked just right. Portions are good and the prices, although not cheap, are fair. All in all, this is my kind of restaurant.

Moved out to Jarvis in 2009 and this was the first restaurant which we went to. We keep on coming back because they use the locals' food products and it is so fresh farm picked that day taste. We have family & friends from out of town come there for our dinners out & occasions. We have our date nights there and enjoy every meal like its our first. The atmosphere is family orientated and we feel like it is our home away from home for dinner. Never had bad service or a meal there ever. The servers are always friendly and quite helpful in making our food choices easier. We have also had take out and they are quick at taking our order and making our order so we can be in and out in no time and be on our way. We have recommended them many times to others.

Had driven past this establishment for years ---- finally stopped in ---- Food, service, prices-----all great! Their pasta is next to none!!!

The Barrel Pizza is one of the finer dining establishments in Simcoe, Ontario. The atmosphere is nice, food a bit pricey but very good
