El martes nos encontramos con Carmen, una cocinera experimentada que abrió La Tená de Carmen en Noreña. La comida era la de siempre, casera y abundante con los sabores de antaño; en el menú había platos típicos de Noreña y otros que ella aporta. Nos encantó la comida: las fabes con gambas, la sopa de marisco y el cordero guisado, todo era abundante y delicioso.
