Ratatouille Restaurant Bistro

The actual restaurant was very pleasantly laid out with a beautiful garden area at the back and the menu seemed appealing. Unfortunately the service did not match the ambience of the restaurant. The restraint wasn’t particularly busy – maybe 6 covers? We had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone came to ask what we wanted to drink. When we did finally get our drinks no one came to ask if we needed a top up. We had to wave our arms around to get the staffs attention as they were chatting in the bar area. When the food eventually did arrive it was very disappointing and tasteless. We had to wait 30 mins between courses. No one asked if everything was OK, When it came to paying the bill the waiter rudely told us they didn’t take credit cards. He should have told us when we got there. the waiter seems to have an attitude problem. He was very rude indeedDon’t be fooled by the nice exterior. Its really not worth going there

Very traditional French menu and cooking. Delicious food. Be careful with the translated menus as the items don't line up. I accidentally ordered fish on the German menu thinking it was the venison from the English menu. Most of the staff speaks English, so don't make my mistake. The fish was delicious anyways! We arrived a bit late on a Friday night, so we were able to get a table without a reservation. However, if you plan to eat around 7pm, a reservation is highly recomended.

I went there for lunch at first. Although there is no English menu and I couldn't speak and read German language, the staff tried to explain in English. Ingredient of the meal is fresh and cooked perfectly, and I had a really good time.So I took my colleague and visited there for dinner. It was crowded but we were able to find a table. We shared appetizer and ordered main course for each, and everyone enjoyed delicious meal. And the portion of meal is good enough for people like us with small stomach. Selection of wine is good too, and it is reasonable. Both white and red wine is delicious and paired well with the dish. I will definitely visit there often.

We were there as a group of friends, the quality and taste of food was great, the service was good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The concept is also one of a kind. I would recommend it and go back there again & again.

Good ffod, nice place to be visited for French mixed food very good and a good menue card. Nice service and reception to be recommanden, now 2nd times there in the new place
