Waffle House - Norcross

I ordered the All star meal and the cook, Patrick, made my hashbrowns over cooked to the point that they were hard as a brick, literally. I politely went back and requested the order to be remade. They have a policy were the food has to be remade by the manager. The manager, Omni, gave me the remade food and didn't put the sausage in my order making me have to go back and request my money back in exchange for order that was not made correctly. The manager left the store after remaking making my order. When I came back to the store the manager was called because I asked for a refund. She stated she had just left and she was giving me the option to either call corporate or to come back the next day to get the food remade because she was the only one who could process it on the same day. For some odd reason it couldn't be remade then because she wasn't in the building also. The hashbrowns were visibly burnt and overcooked and she didn't add my sausages that I paid for. It seemed like they deliberately tried to make my experience an inconvenience. I'm a paying customer who also tipped. I called corporate who are closed on the weekends. This happened on today Friday. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location seeing that they like to play with people's money, food, and time. They stole my money and didn't give me food in return for what I paid.

Best Waffle House in the city especially the 3rd shift

Picture of this I’m in the studio and I realize I am starving. The next best place for me to get something to eat is a waffle house down the street. I order three bacon, egg and cheeses but I got three packages from heaven.

Your service should not be the one that’s cooking your food and then have somebody else to cook to continue and they don’t know what they doing on the order.

Order was incorrect. Items left off my breakfast. Forgot to put on the only item ordered by my wife. I was halfway finished before it arrived. Never once asked if we'd like more coffee, despite speaking twice with the gentleman next to me at the counter. Not what I've come to expect from decades of stops at dozens of Waffle Houses. Pete was very helpful, even though he wasn't our server.
