Contribuiți la feedbackI went to the drive-thru and could hear people talking inside, but when I placed my order, there was no response. I kept saying "Hello?" but eventually drove off since no one helped me. It's frustrating that I couldn't even go inside to order. The service was nonexistent and it's clear that the management doesn't care, as nothing has been done despite the bad reviews. Despite its proximity to my house, I'd rather drive further to another location. Don't bother wasting your time here - the staff and management show no regard for customers.
This is not the first restaurant where this has happened to me. When I purchased a family pack with chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and coleslaw, I took the meal to the park or in this case, to the worksite as a treat for my hardworking employees. However, upon opening the bag, we were disappointed to find that there were no utensils, plates, or napkins provided. It was challenging to eat fried chicken with our hands, especially when there were no wet wipes provided like KFC used to offer. How are we supposed to enjoy side dishes like potatoes and gravy without any utensils or plates? It seems like many restaurants assume that customers will have their own utensils and napkins at home, but it would be helpful to ask these questions when taking orders. It is frustrating when a restaurant neglects to provide the necessary items for a meal, unlike other takeout places that are more considerate of their customers' dining experience.
This TB needs help. Most of the time the fryers are off or something is wrong. I even went there once and they told me to come inside instead of using the drive through. I am not sure why, but no. I went to the drive through to... get drive through. Idon't think its fair to the employees. They seem to be great, but something always seems to be wrong. I worked retail for a longtime. Most of the time, it isn't the employees, its the tools they are forced to work with.
Normally I come here after work I can get some food for myself for my kids and what not and the guy manager is super funny, super cool, very sarcastic. I love hearing his voice and I never really have issues here even when they?re out of stuff they?rereally nice about it. No big deal but I went through so I can drive there and the girl spoke so fast I couldn?t make out whatshe was saying What she was trying to explain to me that they only have grilled chicken with the bone inside. They had no TacoBell available and nothing else besides grilled pieces of chicken at 7:45 at night. This makes absolutely no sense. I worked atTaco Bell and KFC growing up so within the last 6 to 7 years. How do you not have a single taco a single beef, chicken or steakbag or even lettuce. How do you have absolutely nothing? That?s just pure laziness and not someone that I would want working formy business. At least be sincere and say I apologize we don?t have such and such you?re such and such not just we don?t havenothing but none in grilled chicken speaking so fast you can?t even understand her. I had to asked 4 times what did you say andit was so inconvenient for her to repeat herself. This is what you get paid to do baby girl do your job. If you don?t like it,then I suggest you find something other than hospitality because you clearly don?t have any.
I ordered a chicken power bowl from this restaurant on Uber Eats, but they mixed in steak instead. The steak was horrible, as I had specifically ordered chicken. It was burnt, oversalted, and had a texture like chewing on mulch. Additionally, I ordered sauces for my food but did not receive any. The tacos I received were soggy and excessively filled with lettuce. This has been a recurring issue every time I have ordered from Taco Bell at this location. I recommend driving further to a different location to purchase food instead of ordering from this one.
