I ordered my coffee through the app, but since it was a rainy day, I got caught in traffic and my coffee ended up watered down. I didn’t realize they make the coffee right after you place the order, and they kindly explained that to me. They even replaced my coffee with a fresh one, which I really appreciated. Good customer service is always welcome these days—thank you so much!
The service was good, and Amy was very friendly. The staff was quick to bring me my order of four drinks; however, I found a hair in my hot drink. When I removed the lid to add sugar and started to stir, I noticed a blonde/brown hair stuck to the straw. Since I have pink hair and my mom and sister (who were with me) have black and purple hair, I know it didn't belong to us. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the drink because I had to go to work, but I noticed that neither of the girls had their hair tied back, which is a significant issue!
I always order my items double toasted, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I often get something else entirely. When I brought this to the attention of the management, the response was dismissive—a half-hearted "my bad" without any offer to rectify the situation. This condescending attitude has been consistent with my past experiences. I urge the management to consider diversifying their team. As a Black woman, I believe I deserve fair customer service.
I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks, but I really wish they would improve their hours. They tend to close quite early. While this might be an issue with staff availability, I think considering unionization could be beneficial. I hope they would be more open to that idea.
This review is certainly one of the more noteworthy ones I’ve written. The café has some good qualities; I appreciate the layout, especially since this branch features cushioned benches instead of only wooden seating. However, after my experience today, I’ve decided not to return due to the rude individuals I've encountered at this location and in the surrounding area. I've had to dodge potential accidents on two occasions, as it seems some people are intentionally trying to cause problems. The Starbucks drive-thru isn't managed well; during the rain, the line completely blocked all the parking spots right in front of the store. While the drive-thru customers stayed warm and dry, those of us walking into the store had to park in the middle of the lot and walk in the rain, which is quite inconvenient. On one occasion, while I waited to pull my car forward, an older woman almost hit my vehicle, making this the third unpleasant incident I've experienced at this location. To improve the situation, they could redirect the drive-thru cars to the side of the parking lot instead of letting them block the front. I can't help but wonder how many patrons have stopped visiting this location because it’s difficult to quickly pick up mobile orders, for example. Lastly, during my second to last visit, when I was trying to confirm my order as requested, another employee interrupted the person taking my order, forcing me to repeat it for the third time. After all this, it's clear to me that it's easier to walk away than to hope for any improvements. Ultimately, I’d prefer to avoid this place altogether.
