Panera Bread - Norcross

I ordered the Napa Chicken Salad and the Creamy Chicken with Wild Rice soup. Unfortunately, the sandwich was one of the worst chicken salads I’ve ever had—I've had better from Arby’s. Additionally, the bread left much to be desired; the crust was chewy and the inside was spongy. As for the soup, it was just okay—definitely not creamy, despite what I had hoped for lunch. I also found it inconvenient that not all prices were listed on the menu, which meant I had to ask about them. Overall, I just don’t understand the hype surrounding this place. It seems to me that many people have very low standards for food. I’ll be looking for dining options elsewhere in the future, as this just isn’t worth the money.

This national chain is consistently reliable. I frequently stop by to get some work done, and they offer free Wi-Fi that usually works really well. The self-serve coffee and drinks are even better if you have their unlimited sip membership, which provides free refills on both. It's definitely worth it if you plan to visit once a week or more. The food is good and freshly made. The cinnamon crunch bagels are the standout item from their bakery. Their sourdough is decent, but I appreciate that they donate a lot of extra bread, so I'm glad to support them.

The service was disappointing. The young lady at the front clearly didn't want to be there. They seem to forget that they're requesting tips for to-go orders, especially when you have to pick up your own food and clean up after yourself, as well as possibly having to deal with the mess left by the previous customers if you choose to eat on-site. I'm really tired of being expected to tip for subpar service. And then you end up paying $40 for two sandwiches and coffee. Seriously?

Placed an online order and came for pickup. Was early morning so there wasn't a wait. Service was friendly and my order was ready fresh. The bagels are a bit larger than expected and quite delicious. So was their Brioche breakfast sandwich. Interior and exterior was clean and well kept, great job! A bit tricky to drive out of from the dip on the sidewalk, but was a great visit. I'll be coming again.

Pretty inefficient. When you place an order for rapid pickup through the app, they mark it as ready, but when you get there the shelf is empty. You have to wait in line which can take 5-10 minutes, explain that you placed an order through the app to the cashier and then they will get you your coffee cup. They 've also run out of coffee by 8 am numerous times and are slow to refill the tanks. This isn 't a one off... It 's happened to me every day for the past 4 weeks with the unlimited sip club.
