After reading some of the bad reviews and visiting the place I came to similar agreements. As far as customer service, it looks like those Instagram posts on the laptop were far more interesting than the customers. Also, no tapioca?!!!! It's like going somewhere for fries and there's no ketchup.

My first comment and what I repeated afterwards was they don't have Thai tea here. They do have Chai and several other unique creations. I got the tiger milk tea, if I remember the name correctly, and it tasted amazing. I also got to taste the strawberry sherbet which had pieces of strawberry jelly, the matcha tea, and the pearl milk tea. They all tasted good, not too sweet or overtly bland. Just a good balance all around. The cashier was nice and patient with me since it was my first time ordering. It wasn't packed when I went on a Friday afternoon. The wait was not long either, they have nice chairs and a nice clean space.

Great place for boba. Price decent. Interior has the classic boba place vibe. They have a good amount of selections for Green tea flavors which is my favorite. They have different selections of menu as well. Green tea boba was well made. Coming back here for more!

I agree with all of the bad reviews. Customer sevice is beyond terrible and above horrible. No word to describe how bad it is. Ordered tea only without sugar or anything. The not-smart kids put sugar into my drinks. When I came back for an exchange, they yelled at me for picking a fight with them and started yelling. They ruined my day and my drink. I guess they are extremely unhappy with the place for exploiting them too much.Anyway, avoid these Vietnamese places if you don 't wanna deal with bad customer service. It 's America and these uneducated people always act like they are in Vietnam. You are better off with McDonald or Starbucks. Nobody will yell at you for exchanging anything.If you still act like you are in Vietnam, just close your shop. We are in America. We can freely exchange and return anything we dont like. Yelling and cursing like is not welcome here. Be civil or be gone.

The Colorful Fruit Tea is nowhere near as pretty as advertised and doesn’t taste good either.
