Moe's Southwest Grill - Norcross

Welcome to Moe's! It was great to return to this restaurant. Tarik and his staff provided us with excellent service. They accommodated our request for fresh vegetables and always had smiling faces. Joshua went out of his way to assist every customer and was very friendly and courteous. We are grateful to have them in the PTC community.

I am extremely frustrated with this Moes. The customer service is horrible, they rush you through ordering and then stuff the burritos too full. I didn't ask for guacamole, so why am I being charged for it?

The prices for food at both supermarket restaurants are extremely high. These high prices are making people choose to eat at home instead, which is causing the restaurant industry to suffer and lose business. Unless restaurants lower their prices, they will continue to struggle and ultimately contribute to a declining economy. It is important for businesses to resist the temptation of greed in order to avoid further losses and economic decline.

I've never tried one like before. that's a hard jump. nothing special about this food taste are bland. not another soul at the place the whole time I was there, that is a sign. if they stand up for a fast Burrito repair, they go to chipotle or qdoba

Rude worker, felt very eager during ordering. they repeat repeatedly loud what still about my eating, which I do not appreciate during the time of the covid, especially when they do not wear masks while they prepare food. it has been downhill since the last time I was here.
