Bryggerikrogen I Nora

We had booked a table in the ”backyard”. Even before we entered, we were noticed and welcomed with a smile. A cozy, slightly secluded restaurant with staff who made us feel welcome. Both the starters and the main courses tasted really good and the restaurant's choice of wine went well with the food. We will come here again and can recommend others to do the same.

Worth a trip of your own or at least a visit when you are a tourist in the small wooden town.A large and comfortable outdoor seating area with an outdoor kitchen island becomes the very center in summer when the weather cooperates,Today, as only thirst-quenching guests, we liked the drink list well-thought-out wine selection on glass. The bottle list consists of natural wines from around the world and is large, hand-picked and interesting. The beer comes exclusively from Sweden and preferably from the breweries in the neighborhood.We'll be back

Being from Stockholm I did not expect too much visiting a small cozy town as Nora in a restaurant. I was blown away! It's like a great restaurant from a big city but in a small town! Great food, creative dishes and great service! They have a good selection of local dishes and drinks as well! Highly recommended!

We ate at Byggerikrogen two nights in a row choices are limited in Nora but it was well worth it. A brief but imaginative menu, an excellent wine list and knowledgeable service. The vegetarian dish is recommended, as well as the pork rillettes. And the local goat's cheese. We shall go back!

Good food, nice personal, reasonable prices in a pleasantly restored factory building. The cheese platter was absolutely superb!
