ESCO - Noosaville

The restaurant provided green plastic cups instead of the requested new glasses, and the waiter appeared to be irritated when we asked for replacements. The food was mediocre; my friend ordered waffles with berries and only had one strawberry on her plate. After requesting more, she received bananas and another type of berry. The overall atmosphere was lacking, and there are certainly better dining options in Noosa.

Seven people. The plastic tablecloth was old, dirty, sticky, and discolored. We removed it and they folded it to use again. The silverware was visibly dirty and the menu was sticky, so any attempts at cleaning were ineffective. We decided to leave without ordering. When I mentioned the cleanliness issue to a staff member, they were rude and dismissive. It's a shame because we used to visit this restaurant regularly before COVID and it was always very clean and friendly. I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management, but it seems like a downgrade.

With so many options to choose from, this cozy café was a delightful choice for breakfast. The freshly made juices were delicious, and the view of the river from our table was amazing.

We were looking forward to the first of several holiday breakfasts in esco that has made good experiences there in the past, but the standards have certainly slipped dramatically. our French toast breakfasts were served on thick cold plates with cold toast, cold speck and cold maple...syrup the only hot product on our tellers were the bananas that had just been cooked. we mentioned it to the waitress when she asked how it was and again on the counter when we paid. the manager?( showed no interest. esco is now from our list!

Well worth coming here. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Many options to choose from at very fair prices. Comfortable seating outdoors (under a large veranda) without being on the street as such. Good coffee.
