De l'Art ou du Cochon - Nonières

In the heart of the ark, in the courtyard of a walk to the blind (I had not even seen a restaurant, it was adventurous), one did not think of falling on such a fine and even inventive kitchen. Even my family that is rather difficult enjoyed a lot. Already the small terrace in the heart of the village is cute, then the welcome by the boss is kind and attentive. Now the kitchen... When I entered, I took a gaspacho but quite original with a buratta sorbet, it was very good and really fine. The dish, the butcher's plate, was not only hyper copious (boeuf's part, large veal and two pieces of pork) but also very well cooked: the meats were perfectly cooked and tender and accompanied by a delicious risotto with red wine. My mother and my brother's dish (calamar and mushroom risotto) was apparently very good too. Bravo! Because offering such a kitchen while there is so little competition (we are still in the heart of the mountain countryside), you really need to have talent and be passionate.

Everything was perfect home, clean restoration, super pleasant and cozy room nickel bath, top restoration.

This restaurant is now closed, do not break the noseil was located at the nuns at the intersection of 5 roads. You will now find only the gates closed with some dedications and explanations from the former owners on the closure of the restaurant

We ate very well on this pretty little terrace! We were so sure to fall in the middle of this tiny village. The welcome is also very good. My entry was subtle (original gaspacho with a sorbet) and butcher's plate with risotto with red wine at the same time copier and excellent. bravo !!!

The table is excellent, the nickel rooms, and the very nice owners. A very good step in ardèche.
