Halari Orchid - Nongpoh

I have visited this restaurant several times and have always been impressed with their excellent service and high quality food. Whenever we are passing through Shillong, Meghalaya on our way back from Guwahati, we make sure to stop there and are never disappointed.

This restaurant is located in Nongpoh, on the way to Shillong. We had a late lunch there in the afternoon. The food is really good and the service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance. They have plenty of parking space and someone will clean your car while you eat. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained.

I had visited this place several times. a small stream flows next to the resort so that it is all the more beautiful. parking is large. children can play in the open space at the front. eating is average. chola batora on the morning was very good....Naan s were also very delicious, but a bit overpriced at rs. 70/ per piece. hühnerhyderabadi ordered was very bad in taste. rest medium.

There are plenty of parking spaces available at this restaurant. It is a beautiful place to dine and also provides ample space for children to play and enjoy. The restaurant seating is comfortable, spacious, and well-lit. The food is fresh and delicious, with a unique taste compared to other places. I am confident that people will enjoy dining here. Additionally, this restaurant offers great value for money. The staff provides excellent service. I absolutely loved this place.

On the way to Cherrapunji from Guwahati we looked for a place to have breakfast but found most restaurants closed due to Republic Day. Finally we found Halari Orchid which was open. We friends had sumptuous freshly made breakfast and were impressed with the quality...of food as well as short time taken. Overall, it is a nice joint to take a break for meals and is neat and clean....
