Box Wood Cafe - Nong Kung Si

Ordered fish chips. Everything was perfect. Fluffy fish and crispy chips with a beautiful mixed green salad. Field to eat wood at my upper places while in Khon Kaen.

Excellent restaurant very recommended. I've eaten breakfast there and when the prices are very good. The food is excellent.

Very nice steaks, excellent service and great selection of very interesting imported (so quite expensive) bottled beers. They had a promotion of 50% of the T-bone and Ribeye Steak when I left what made it quite reasonable. Nice seating area outdoors and cool air cone inside

Seafood pizza was very nice Garlic bread terrible when I said this to the waiter he just said ok and walked away The beer selection is also very bad they don't have local beer and everything in the selection I never heard of. Supposedly from Germany and USA I didn't recognise any of them. They should offer recognised beers too.

It was okay. The people were nice but it was a Thai sized portion in an European style restaurant. I went away hungry. The only beer was German and quite pricey too. Normal price is 240 baht for a bottle. I wanted to like this place but prefer elsewhere.
