Pingo Bakery - Nome

What a fun bakery and breakfast place! I got coffee and a raisin cinnamon roll. It was very filling. Not so many tables, and you make friends and sit where there is an open seat! edit.. still delicious!! lol

The food is excellent, the coffee is great and the baked good are delightful. Really a special place in Nome.

What a wonderful place. The service was very pleasant and felt like you stopped by a familys home for lunch or breakfast. We flew in and rushed to get checked into hotel to get to restaurant by 2 because they closed at 3. We were never rushed and stayed till 315 or so and never made to feel like we needed to leave. Thank you so much for the great service and meal!

As soon as I walked into Pingos it was magical. I was welcomed in by the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls cooling a few feet away from the entrance. The hardest choice that morning was choosing which pastry to pair with my coffee. I opted for the cream cheese danish and took a chocolate filled croissant to go, both were delicious! The owner was so sweet and was easy to talk to. The only regret I have is not going sooner.
