A map on site not updated, so we are given a laminated card filled with faults to finally realize that the next table had a flat not mentioned on this map. In short, a frozen meat too cooked, salad in sachets, the esalote sauce already ready in bag barely heated, and the bread that without flavor was ultimately the best of the meal for a final price not deserving this benefit
I, my wife and my four precious children went to Nogent bowling. We expected a friendly and laughter-rich afternoon. However, it was all the other way: the host lady thinks she's not because she finds herself working in a bowling bowl. Huge and huge waste of time. Our child saw himself throwing on the bowling and wrist fracture because the ball fell on him. Hospital, afternoon ruined, a real limestone. No compassion on the part of the staff, they are execrable. I don't recommend ABSOLUMENT NOT this place of misfortune. AH NO!
Hello Only in the restaurant on the terrace this noon. We complained about the waiting time for a bath that had according to the waitress was badly cooked waiting for 3/4 hours (happyly the cooking requested was bleeding otherwise how long would we have expected). The hostess in cash is haughty to my dissatisfaction and says that I only go back to the negative ke...that she knows what she knows because she's done marketing studies...can be but in any case no competence in customer relationship. Not to confuse a little lady... The terrace is next to the bowling entrance or groups of children from the aerated centers come to wait. So a lot of screaming. Not suitable for a quiet meal by the water. The dishes and prices are standard nothing extraordinary. The grade could have been average if that employee had not been so contemptuous. I'm not recommending at all
Arrived to play two games we were welcomed by helpful and listening employees. Unfortunately during our first part, we were the victims of a technical problem that led us to wait almost half an hour for the staff to put the track back in a state of walking; These are things that happen and we wouldn’t have held them rigor if, when we mentioned the possibility of a commercial gesture during the payment, we had not been so badly received. The employee then in charge of the reception tries to clarify the question, explaining that she was not there at the time of the problem and therefore cannot do anything. Finally, a responsible person arrives, visibly very unhappy to be disturbed and almost antipathetic, but at the same time she gives us a discount of 20% before making morality with some kind of inappropriate aggressiveness. Finally we have had a good time for a correct rate, but the service and the welcome are to review ...
