Burger King - Nogales

I just had a very unpleasant and upsetting experience at this restaurant. I wasn't even allowed to enter. When I parked, an employee started questioning me, which left me feeling confused. I understand that they might have specific rules regarding parking since it’s near the border, but the way these procedures were communicated was quite distressing. I was confronted in an angry tone, which escalated to yelling, and when I asked to speak with the supervisor, Marlene, she insisted that the security employee did not yell. Before Marlene arrived, I was upset but remained respectful towards her. Instead of helping to diffuse the situation, she spoke to me in an unpleasant tone, insisting that I get out of my car and go into the restaurant. At that point, I no longer felt inclined to enjoy a meal with my family. This is particularly upsetting for me because I’m a local resident and have many fond memories of this place from my childhood. I am extremely disappointed and honestly quite sad. I have a feeling that my concerns will simply be overlooked, like so many other issues, but I’m tired of people not being held accountable for their actions.
