Botanas Mexican Food - Nogales

I typically dine at this restaurant once or twice a month, and I usually find the food and service to be quite good. However, during my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised. The fish fillet with garlic was outstanding, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and served piping hot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This place is absolutely incredible and deserves six stars! The service is top-notch, and the food is delicious. Don't miss out on this gem!

Good Mexican seafood, real local taste. It is a small place, but good employees who are attentive, without floating. The menu is completely seafood and is divided into different categories such as fillets, shrimps, octopus, oysters, etc. I had the Camaróns al Diablo (Shrimp served with rice and crushed in a spicy sauce). It was delicious, and the heat was pretty good (like the hot wings on a Buffalo wild wing). On the bottom the building is old, so if you try to get up, that is not your best choice. Overall, if you like Mexican food and seafood and want to eat like a local, that is!

What a very pleasant surprise. Last visited Nogales 30 years ago, and was passing by for vacation, and decided to give a local restaurant a try. Food was fantastic, and that includes the oysters in the half shell! Highly recommend!
