China-Restaurant Shanghai - Nördlingen

Good Chinese restaurant, as you can imagine in Germany and know: menu with all standards incl. Beijing Ente on preorder, all deliciously matched to the German palate. Lunch menus cheap and good, in nice ambience, outside on one of the important streets in the old town but still sitting well in the evening. Ok, who is looking for authentic food from a particular Chinese region may be disappointed here, but perhaps my standards are unfair, because I have lived in China. All in all, we like to go to dinner here!

In Shanghai I really liked it very well, friendly operation, even individually compiled menus are no problem. The dishes are lovingly prepared and taste so, all in all really excellent.

We were on the city wall rounding when host house parachutes stabbed us and led us to a stopover. Actually, I was expecting something Bavarian, but why not, then stop a Chinese. Instead of pork bread with dumplings, give something with duck and rice. We haven't sat right yet, we got the menu on the table from the service. The drinks were also ordered and before we were able to read through the rich menu, they were already there. In the typical Asian courtesy we had time to read the map and choose our dishes. Verd... how do good services only notice that you decided? The service was unquestioned and noted our wishes. For me the curry end sharp and my wife duck sweet sour with mushrooms. Not ten minutes later, our dishes were on the table. The dishes tasted fresh and not after hours of storage in warm bowls. Only my curry, which was taste-intensive, was too mild for my palate. Here it would have been nice if there was a suitable sharpener. But what should not be a criticism of the court itself. It tasted good. The ducks were tender and the vegetables were cooked in a bite and not labbrig. The price performance ratio fits and if we are back in the area why not a Chinese?

Very well furnished, with beautiful terrace unfortunately on a road with rainy traffic). Eat, lunch menu, good. You get soup or spring roll with main dish and dessert ice cream, expreso etc). Prices up to max. 9, 5€. Wheat only 3€. Friendly and fast operation. Hygiene concept very good.

Since I prefer special spices and ducks, I ordered a Sah Zhah dish again. Very spicy and very tasty without being too sharp. Price performance is reasonable! Staff friendly and dedicated, especially the boss always on Trab. We're coming back!
