Bears Den Diner - Nocona

Fish night happens on Fridays, and it's definitely worth the trip from Dallas! The wood stove adds a cozy touch during the winter months. The staff is hardworking and incredibly friendly, and Bear will remember your name when you return—trust me, you'll want to come back. The prices are very reasonable, and the homemade breakfast is delicious. I believe you can bring your own drinks, so it's best to call ahead to confirm. Coming from Austin, the affordable prices nearly covered my gas—okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea!

My omelet was great. Tons of food. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9:45 on a Sunday morning. There was no waiting, the food came super fast.

The food was enjoyable, but I did have some issues with flies buzzing around. It was a charming little diner with a friendly staff. I would definitely consider returning.

Bear and Pam are great hosts and great chefs. I had potatoes, steak fingers, roasted okra, cream sword, toast and sweet tea with lemon. It was delicious. Sometimes you just need to go home south cook!

Excellent food. Do not order full nachos unless you are hungry lol it is enough for 3 people…. But SO GOOD
