Fabulous lunch! Time passes but quality remains. The lamb was spectacular, cooked on the embers of the hearth. Same thing with tagliatelle with truffles: extraordinary! We return several times during the year and are always fascinated by the authenticity of the raw materials. Excellent gnocchi with white ragù, chicken and rabbit prepared following the Umbrian tradition. Meat cooked freshly on the grill and genuine local vegetables. A restaurant absolutely worth visiting for its hospitality, genuine cuisine and the quality of the food. I highly recommend it. Typically mountain environment. To return often.
EXCELLENT, we ate typical dishes cooked by expert hands, everything I tasted thrilled me, it felt like being at home! The large fireplace where the meat is cooked is a further element that gives a sense of charm as if you were at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
