Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Noblesville

My spouse and I decided to give this place a second chance. While we usually find these types of places great for a quick sandwich and have visited many in other cities, the effects of the pandemic and staffing shortages were evident during our visit. The sandwiches were still excellent, but unfortunately, the carbonation on the beverage machine was not working (which we only found out after ordering a fountain drink). An attempt to substitute with another drink was unsuccessful, and we had to purchase a bottled drink instead. The hand sanitizer dispenser was also not functioning properly, and no one was wiping down the tables. Our best recommendation would be to simply order a sandwich to go, along with a bottled water or soda. Overall, I would advise avoiding this place for now.

The "Pizza Melt" was fantastic! The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. Trying the dishes here will definitely impress you, as they are top-notch.

Potbelly's is the best sandwich franchise I've had. Great to see the Indianapolis area has more than the one downtown.

Nice people, but the food was midling quality and seriously overpriced. When I pay Jewish Deli prices and get McDonalds meals, its not a good sign.
