Saiko Teppanyaki The Kitchen

Saiko has horrible service. We have been here twice within 2 weeks and haven’t been serviced for over 25 mins. We had to put our hand up multiple times to have someone come serve us. No water was brought to the table. This place use to be the best definitely wont be coming back until they get more structure and organisation. A lot of the other customers were looking around trying to get a waiters attention. Maybe there’s been new management? No idea what’s going on here.

My partner, 13 month old and myself were seated for lunch. Our order was then not taken for approx 10-15 minutes. Others who were seated after us were being seated and having their orders taken. Staff were more interested in cleaning dirty tables than taking our order. With a toddler time is of the essence. We left. Sad as we really wanted to try this restaurant.

One of our favourite restaurants on the Gold Coast. Amazing food!! Amazing experience beautiful staff.

Food was fabulous, service was great and atmosphere was fun and inviting.Definitely coming back!
