Ramen Danbo Surfers Paradise

This is a fantastic bowl of ramen. Everything is customisable and the broth is rich and porky! The only reason i didn’ go 5 stars is i think the serving size is a touch small!

No wonder they were voted no.1 in Kyushu. The soup! Was so rich, thick and full of flavour!And because we have already been to Hakataya Ramen on the same day, we could tell the difference straight away. One had watery, cold soup and this one was so flavourful. I really they allow you to personalise your ramen. Everyone can adjust it to exactly how you like it. Would not recommend ordering the gyoza though, it was dry and tasted frozen..

Awesome Ramen, fully customisable in every way from firmness of noodles to broth. <br/ My recommendation is to go for the spicy ramen, medium firmness, with extra egg!!!! <br/ <br/ I like this location too as it is just off the main strip but still has a good vibe and can people watch. Will be back! :D

You get to customise the firmness of the noodles, flavour of broth here which reminds us of Japan! We went for the standard, with firm noodles and did thoroughly enjoy it. Especially their Char Sui (meat) Fast service as well.

One of my fave spots for ramen in Queensland is Ramen Danbo on the Gold Coast in Southport. Well, they have also opened up an outlet in Surfers Paradise!
