Wendy's - Nob

I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while the employees engaged in conversation away from the counter before my presence was acknowledged. This, despite at least one of them, saw me standing there. The customer service person who took my order barely spoke above a whisper and seemed annoyed that I broke up their conversation. As soon as she placed my son 's food on the counter, she proceeded to play on her smartphone and was totally disengaged from her job.

This place is always very clean and never to crowed. Thier food is nice and fresh. ?

I can truthfully say that this is my favorite Wendy's store to go to! I work near this restaurant and I stop for breakfast every morning. The young lady Kiara is simply amazing. She's nice, she's patient and kind. When I come in to order, she already knows by my voice that it's me. She has great customer service and I do mean great. I tested her once by sending my coworker instead and my coworker said that she was just as nice. I get kind of sad when I don't see her lol. This place is awesome. Food is never cold or nasty. Highly recommend this place.

Nicole the manager was absolutely awesome! We came by twice today just because her service was the bomb dot com! She was patient and kind even when some of the customers were not!

This neighborhood deserves a better Wendy’s. The people that run this should run another business but not a Wendy’s. They are ruining Wendy’s’ god name. They are rude in the drive thru window but not even to customers lol. They will hold that button down and argue with each other. They will explain to you they are busy then make you wait ten minutes at the mic while you can literally hear them talking about other displeased customers. And all of this is before they give you portly constructed food that is cold as hell. This place is trash.
