Chili's Grill - Nob

Absolutely loved our waitress Cristy she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the food and definitely will be back.

Kayla was amazing, normally me and my work friends frequent for lunch but instead today I ordered car side pick-up and upon check in my order was not ready. After some time I called to see if I was forgotten about and Kayla said she would quickly check on the status and get it right out. Shortly after she emerged with a hot meal and cold drink and a smile to go along with it. By my mistake I thought something small was missing from the order and she quickly got a replacement with no argument, afterwards I realized my mistake and apologized and she said no problems. With everything as busy as it was she took the time to genuinely make me feel like she cared about my experience and you find that less and less nowadays. Thank you Kayla and the food was good!

It's Chili's. Food was good. Service was good. Bottomless chips are amazing. The new Nashville hot chicken is delicious.

I always come here and usually it’s a hit or miss but this place has been really lacking in service skills. I have been a waitress for a long time now but it was just ridiculous. A friend of mine got their order wrong and so did mine. I was failed to be let known they didn’t have certain ingredients and paid for a salmon with asparagus which I absolutely did not want. I wasn’t asked if this was okay or if I wanted a substitute. My waitress was kind but never checked up on me. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here and I suggest people don’t come around rush hour either! :

Worse service I ever experienced the manger was even rude and unprofessional I would never go back don’t recommend
