Was part of the largest group that booked the venue last Saturday evening 4 December 22 . we arrived at 18.30 a.m., but until 8.22 a.m. we did not order what was unacceptable when we had children in the group who was as young as 2. bread and garlic bread as well as drinks were served, but our table dishes arrived only at 9.10 a.m. our booking was from 6.30 to 9 o'clock. the food was good and the service attentive. but 4 of our company got no main meal and less than half the group got their ordered desserts. they closed the kitchen at 10 o'clock. hire of music equipment was paid, but other patrons complained so that it could not be used until after 8.30 clock the family who had set the venue had a previous booking for a family birthday and enjoyed it, but this event was unsatisfactory. I felt so sad for the 4 teenage boys who had nothing to eat and had to share their burgers really late in the evening.

Last night went to a 40th birthday party (a private function of over 70 people) and waited an hour and half to order my food and waited an hour to arrive (8.40 pm). the plates were cleaned at 9.30. the staff never came after dessert and when we asked for it, they informed us that they closed the kitchen so that over 60 people never got one. the service was very minimal and the employees looked like they didn't want to be there.

Organised event of over 80 (6:30pm-9pm). Zero communication on food ordering and eventually coming out at 7:30-8?!? To take orders for main. Food didn’t arrive till 8:40 and some after 9 when the event had technically finished and even some didn’t even get their food. Salads and sauces were missing, they closed the kitchen so 3/4 of people didn’t get their dessert and overall staff attitude and overall experience was surprising in how it was consistently trash.

My dad had a 40th birthday and we had bad service. And my food took so long and i had the cheese burger on the kids menu and the bread was so bad and dried up it looked like it was Style and we were setting up and they just sat there doing nothing. And we asked them to help and they said that it was not there jod to and then my dad said we are not going there ever again and they loke OK DON'T COME HIRE
