Bonefish Grill - No. Miami

We had a great server (we've had him twice before) who is wonderful at suggesting delicious cooking temperatures such as blackened for the Salmon(chef's kiss). Unfortunately, I ordered the filet mignon and lobster and my steak was medium well on the outside and rare as heck on the inside. The manager, Neil, was so amazing that it seems he went to the back and cooked it himself. He made me a fresh new plate which had a beautiful medium well cook on it. It totally turned the experience around for me. I was very grateful for excellent customer service and a delicious meal.

Jef was amazing. Attentative and funny. And the banng shrimp was banging. Thank you!

For my mom 's birthday, we went out. The cuisine was delicious, and the shrimp is always my favorite part. I also drank a lemon drop martini with blueberries. By delivering my mom cheesecake and singing happy birthday, our waiter elevated the event. Much obliged ?

The food was delicious, good service and the prices were very reasonable. I recommend the place, and I'm looking forward to visiting again in my future trip to Florida.

JEF is an outstanding server. He was attentive and pleasant. He had a full station and was still always accommodating to our small group of 3. Kudos for JEF — helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, as well! We kept ordering.
