Victory's Cafe - NLV

There was mostly ladies working 3/17 around 5:15 pm. My husband and I eat here frequently and the vibes last night was one of the best ever. The special prime rib sandwich BIG KUDOS. Ty you all for what you do daily. Keep up the awesome jobs and smiles.

The waiter there the old woman the neck is on the side with white hair is horrible So scary and so loud and annoying and bothering scary people away Terrible place because of her

Everytime I go I have the salmon and it is delicious. I always order it when chef Marvin is cooking.

Came here with my wife and mother-in-law for lunch. It was not busy at all yet our food took 25 minutes to come out. The waitress attitudes were not welcoming when the food finally came to the table neither one of us enjoyed our food. It was very bland, lacking seasoning, the only people in our group that enjoyed their food were my two toddlers with their chicken Tenders. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone when I voiced my complaints to the manager. She caught an attitude and did not want to do what it takes to keep the customer happy. Very disrespectful staff a chef that cannot cook and a manager that does not know what she’s doing. Would not recommend this place to anyone once again.

Been here twice and so far both experience has been nice . If you don't mind the smell of a casino then it's a good place too eat, so far the staff been friendly and nice , the food is mediocre but well put together and taste more fresh then processed. I asked for medium well and that's what I got . Chef is good. They waiters occasionally check how's it going so the service is pretty good :
