Arby's - NLV

I drove through the restaurant's drive-thru on Thursday afternoon, April 11th, and did not go inside. I only ordered two apple turnovers. The staff informed me that they were making them fresh and asked me to pull around to the front so they could bring them out to me. I waited in my car for a little while before a young man from the drive-thru, still wearing his headset, came out to apologize for the wait. He explained that he thought the turnovers were almost done, but the 'beep' meant they needed to be turned over. He offered me a sandwich as a thank-you for waiting. I was impressed by his customer service and grateful for his gesture. This young man is a great example for others in the service industry. Thank you!

The sandwiches are excellent - freshly made in a clean restaurant by friendly employees who provide fast service.
