Coyote's Nixa Grille

I loved this place, today was probably my worst experience. The food is good, but if you want food don’t sit at the bar, the one bartender is too busy to pay attention to you unless you are a regular they chit chat them just fine, you probably can get some service if you sit somewhere else in the restaurant, ordered a beer and a menu, but I could never get her attention back to order my food, left to go to Applebees instead. Good luck for the Poor soul who goes in there we’ll unless you’re a regular. You’ll be treated just fine. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be returning anymore, not that they need my business anyway.

My exact words when my wife asked me what I wanted from Coyotes… Wings, cause they can’t mess that up…. Correction, of course they can and some. Not only did I not get Buffalo sauced wings, they also sent my kiddo home with a single chicken strip instead chicken tenders. Thought maybe they got them miss matched but either way, neither had sauce or what we asked for. This was the 3rd time in a row they have messed up my order in the last 3 visits, last time was over 2yrs ago because of these mess ups. Good to know I was right the first 2 times around. Won’t be going back….

Always a great place to eat. Fantastic local establishment and good food. I recommend the boneless wing in buffalo sauce with cheese and bacon on top. I always come back here as my nacho stop as well.

I hate to give them only three stars but it is what it is, business are suffering from not having workers and it's definitely showing around some of the places I absolutely loved. It took an hour, I'm not exaggerating literally a whole 60+ minutes to get 3 orders of 6 wings. I hope they get the help they deserve will be updating in a few weeks when i try again.

I have been coming to Coyotes for about 3 years now. Love the food and atmosphere. Kaylee is an awesome waitress. She always has a smile on her face, remembers what we order on Mondays. She gives excellent customer service. She always has a positive attitude. John the table busses is always polite, helpful and so positive. I've sat at the front table from time to time and he actually helps people find a table. He is very friendly and love seeing his smiling face. These 2 are a big asset to Coyotes, and one of the reasons, besides the hood good that keeps me coming back. Sherrie
