Northwoods Pub - Nisswa

Maddy is such a treat! She's a bartender/server at the Pub. She makes a mean, spicy **** Mary (spicy upon request). It was delicious! Complete transparency, the **** was so good we came two days in a row while on vacation. Maddy even remembered our odd beer chaser choices from the previous day. She's a breath of fresh air. Thank you Maddy!

Decent food. I ate there twice. I though the burger was pretty unspectacular for a resort that sells spectacular in its marketing. Service was pretty good. Not perfect, but during these pandemic times, I expect a little less than perfection. It has been a tough year for restaurants, and they continue to run on less than all four cylinders.

Had a great time here out on their brand new deck the view is stunning and the renovations were well done. Had lunch with coworkers and our server Quinn was very sweet and attentive. Service was prompt and timed well we got our food soon after our appetizers were finished. Food was delicious, especially the Paul Bunyan burger and chicken mushroom sandwich. I left an important card on the table when we left, and Quinn saved it and ran it out to me in the parking lot. Sonice! Would be happy to come back any time.

Hidden away in the basement. This bar on the Grand View Lodge campus is unique. It has the only bar menu that differs from the other bars on the campus. A little hard to find. Great service. Great food. Full bar with the barkeep making great cocktails. Good beer selection on tap.

Beautiful resort, closet to town but you wouldn't know it. Food was excellent and the loon lodge was a blast!
