Taqueria Silva - Nipomo

This taco truck is my favorite. As a truck driver, I get around from San Diego County to San Luis Obispo. I look forward to visiting Silvas when in the Santa Maria area. Lots of parking for cars and trucks. Very kind smiling people with great service. The prices are also the best. The food, especially my favorite, the Silvas burrito is by far the best burrito—EVER! It's like music to my taste buds. Call them in advance to beat the crowd. This is a favorite of the locals too. They take credit cards and cash. The food is always fresh and sits well in the stomach. That's something that not all food trucks can brag about. We truckers talk and Silvas is a truckers friend.Parking: Huge dirt lot for car parking and truckers can park on straight freeway onramps or use the huge cul-de-sac at the end of the road to turn around and street park.

Best Mexican food I have had in town from the tacos to the horchata they never miss !

This is one of my favorite taco trucks. Great food and friendly service.Just a heads up, I believe they are closed on Mondays.

I’ve been coming here every Thursday for over a year. The mild is actually spicy, the hot is hot, it’s fast, convenient, cheap, the flavors are so good and the people are great! Thanks Taqueria Silva!
