Pi Whole Pizzeria - Nipomo

I ordered the St. Helen, this was my first time eating here. And the toppings is what sold me on ordering this. Especially the ?Sirloin?. 20-25 minutes later I go pick it up bring it home and open it the box to see that the ?sirloin? is in fact just a cooked frozen hamburger patty. I was definitely not expecting that. Long story short. If I do order again it won?t be anything with sirloin.

The atmosphere and the food are very good. There's a good selection of drinks. The manager is a nice guy that just seems overworked. My understanding is that there is only one oven. As a result, the wait times are incredibly long. The first two times we went there we left because it was going to be 90 minutes to get anything hot. The other night we got the chicken bbq pizza in 30 minutes. It was very good.

Loved this place! Tried the XL Mt Diablo which I wouldn't have normally ordered, and it was fantastic. Looking around the table I saw what other people in our party had ordered, and just had to grab a White Hot Pastrami Lava Bomb to go for later. I thought I'd just take a couple bites and re-heat it the next day, but ended up eating the whole thing standing in my kitchen after having just had my fill of pizza, it was that good. Staff was super friendly, and even though it only looked to be the two of them that night they were able to to provide quick service and great food. Cold beer on tap is always a plus, will definitely be going back!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting! The pizza is amazing, and there's an excellent variety of draft beers available! We will certainly return and recommend this place to others!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant during my vacation! The beer was the coldest I've had in a long time, and the pizza was absolutely the best. Coming from Phoenix, where finding something cold is a rarity, this was a real treat!
