My family recently hosted a birthday party for four with Linda Nardilli-Morrin, also known as The Pasta Hostess. I have only praise for Linda and her professional approach to planning the event, as told by my mother, Lynne, who handled the booking. Despite our complex dietary needs, Linda not only successfully accommodated them but also created an amazing meal in every aspect. From taste to presentation to timing of courses, Linda crafted a delicious four-course menu that met all our nutritional requirements. She arrived promptly, worked efficiently, adhered to strict food safety guidelines, and brought a welcoming atmosphere with her personality. She even cleaned up after the meal! Three out of the four guests at the table had been to Italy and found Linda's food to be the most authentic representation of Italian cuisine. The dining experience provided by The Pasta Hostess was unforgettable and truly reflected the essence of Italian cooking. The food was so delicious that I cannot wait to return and sample all of their other dishes. They have fantastic vegetarian options and the restaurant has a charming atmosphere with a lovely gift shop and market deli area.

I was feeling hungry and far from home, so I definitely didn't want to risk getting stranded on the way up Independence Pass without any food.
