Nipigon Esso Restaurant

I had the club sandwich with a house salad. It was tasty and the salad was better and fresher than I expected. It was romaine lettuce with celery, green peppers, and tomatoes, with salad dressing in packets.

Recently in April we stopped in at the Nipigon Esso for breakfast before we went back to Winnipeg Manitoba. My husband had ordered his usual , and I ordered a western sandwich. The cook Cass sent out his creation! Wow it was filling and great...More

Food and service is fine just like any other restaurant in the area, This Esso restaurant is also joined with Pizza Hut, KFC & Robin's doughnuts.Just to remind people This KFC does not have chicken pieces (like a bucket or barrel) just sandwiches.

I travel through Nipigon regularity for work and have eaten here on many occasions.The food is always good, service is exceptional and you get your food really fast which is nice when your travelling and don't feel like sitting around for an hour. The other thing I really like about the Nipigon Esso restaurant is the seating area is huge and spread out so your not shoulder to shoulder with people if you want quite there are lots of seats to choose from.

After a long drive from Sault St. Marie the family was tired and hungry. Decided to stop before TBay....BIG mistake! Ok...so fast food is generally ****, but this was exceptionally ****. The service was awful....in fact non existant. The two servers were too busy mocking another customer(who was very unhappy about something) and chewing food to remember we had placed an order. The order we placed arrived 35 minutes later after the servers had a full on argument in front of us about whose fault it was for forgetting to prepare it!!! The chicken wings were soggy and greasy...inedible actually and I threw them away. The pizza was edible but cold. Bad service, crazy wait, they had run out of nearly everything on the menu and appeared frustrated that we kept ordering stuff they did not have. NEVER AGAIN.
