Pizza Factory - Nine Mile Falls

We ordered delivery from this restaurant while both of us are dealing with COVID, and honestly, it felt like we were being treated like the villains here. It's as if just placing an order made us responsible for sabotaging their cars. If you're going to accuse me of something, I might as well provide my personal information so you can have someone to blame. Please respond to this review if you need any details from me.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! We waited nearly an hour for our food, and it was quite disappointing. I spent over $50 on the meal, and all they offered was a bottle of Coke as compensation, with no refund option provided. I definitely won’t be returning. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The pizza is delicious and the people are nice enough, service sucks. Called in an order to pickup. 1 pizza and a breadstick. Told me it’d be 45 minutes which is fine. It was 530, probably a dinner rush. Got there 45 minutes later and I think they had just put my pizza in the oven cause it didn’t come out of the oven for 20 more minutes. My order was the only one that came out the entire time I was there. Spent $45. Not impressed. Service: Take out

No buffet on pizza and salad. Bar anymore. Young lady was excellent at answering me on my sadness that so much has changed since old owners . Old gal cooking kept liping off comments. I would rather they leave everthing the same and just charge more . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This business cannot commit to having food ready in time! For pick up, they say that they'll call when ready but they do not. Can hardly ever get delivery within decent time frame. Tired of waiting two hours to eat. Terrible management but food is good, when you can get it. Advise, quit committing to having people's dinner ready when it will not be. Good luck! Service: Take out
