What happened?? How is it possible to go from a bib Michelin to thé ‘malbouffe ´ What a poor image of France in this touristic spot

We were on our way to Sete and wanted to find somewhere to have lunch. We called from the car and were told that we should arrive by 13h 30. By the time we had parked the car in the nearby underground car park we just made it. The staff did not give the impression that we were welcome and as there were several other people still eating this attitude seemed a bit mean. My partner enjoyed her meal and the roast veal that we both had was tender and perfectly cooked. My first course of crab was very disappointing and virtually tasteless. We never had the sense that the staff were pleased that we had visited the restaurant and this made it a disappointing meal.

We went here in feria and the place was packed and they offered a very limited menu. Although understandable it did not offer dishes I particularly like or showcase the chef's talents. Our food was OK, foie, brandade and duck. The duck was very tasty but tough and the service was slow as they were completely full and under pressure. It is clear that this is a good restaurant and should not be judged under these conditions.

We really enjoyed this restaurant with views of the Arenas. The frame is elegant, the small card offers home products. Very nice presentation and service. We returned after the visit of the arenas refresh us.

Excellent address in Nîmes, near the arenas. We ate very well and enjoyed the reception. The dessert flat inlet formula was excellent and very well presented.
