A short distance from the tourist hustle and the restaurants of the low-end, this sign nestled in the heart of the castle square offers organic and gourmet cuisine. an entry/plat/dessert formula of 13 euros is offered daily on the card. The welcome is very charming and the shaded terasse allows to fully enjoy a simple and tasteful lunch. we chose in the entrance the salad with hot goat, and in the dish the salmon and its accompaniments. In dessert, we took the foam with the mascarpone which was a real delight! an address to be recommended.

For eating there two years ago, quality is always at the rendezvous. Good!

We arrived late at 2:00 p.m. and the staff still received us for a simple but tasty meal, fresh salads and generous skewers.

Outside the very accessible price, simple dishes, good with fresh products. dessert is based on caramel and mascarpone, miam. on nimes, 2 days a week in July August became my canteen. It's no more expensive than if I had prepared frozen dishes for the micro wave and it's better. Enjoy.
