It’s not a full grocery, so no fresh foods or meat and fish. Mostly dry goods, some teas, dried fish and some seasonings. My lunch was wonderful as usual with Yuk Guy Jang and the side dishes, which round out the meal. If you’re in the area of Golf road and Milwaukee, do pay them a visit. Before you leave hear ? click on the thumbs up ? down below ?
They have the worst staff ever. Ordered two plates of meat and side dishes . Our server comes back and slams all the plates onto the table while yelling at us about not having a certain side dish. After that we just got up and left. The kicker was they still tried to charge us for the AYCE when we didn’t even cook yet with gratuity included !
This place is a standard, no frills, straightforward, cook your own , eat all you can Korean barbecue resto serviced by a couple who are impressively efficient, fast moving and doing a great and excellent customer service. The banchans are simple , not as intricately assorted as the rest but we we end up getting out of the resto with a full stomach. We shopped a bit inside since the resto is adjacent to a Korean grocery store. Could have shopped more if tagged translated in English as I don't understand Korean characters. Bought some Korean candies as a highlight of our visit to this place.
Came here with Korean friend Mr. KIM and I had Yukaejang. It was worst Korean soup I ever had. Too salty and chili powder is way too much. Try improve ur cooking and focus more on side dishes.
When I 1st started coming to this restaurant about 2 years ago the food was actually OK. It wasn't great but it was OK. This weekend I went there again with my wife and family, but the food has taken a serious downturn. I got sick afterwards from the food. The service was horrible. Half the time the server was running back-and-forth paying attention to the big tables and ignoring us completely and when she did stop by us she was terribly rude. And, the prices are kind of crazy. Up front when you walk in it's posted on the door $28.95 per person but the catch is they charge you for 18% tip automatically now costing you about $35 per person. Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying tip but when the service is terrible 18% doesn't cut it. In no way shape or form do I recommend this place to anybody. There are plenty of excellent Korean restaurants in this area I would most definitely go to one of them instead. Save your money from here. If I couldn't give them no stars.
