Contribuiți la feedbackAs an update: I have no plans to contact your customer service team. SpartanNash demonstrates a lack of concern. The company has a troubling history of racism, homophobia, and sexual harassment aimed at young female employees, issues that remain unaddressed. I know many former employees who reached out to SpartanNash corporate, only to be blamed for the problems. The company appears more focused on protecting its reputation than addressing serious concerns... Oops, I meant "doing the right thing."
I ordered rib tips for lunch today and was very disappointed. They tasted like they had been reheated from days earlier and were quite tough to chew. I don't think I'll order them again.
Cassie at the deli is consistently very helpful whenever I come in for a sandwich. I hope you appreciate her because employees like her, who are both kind and dedicated, are rare to come by.

Left a bag of potatoes in the self checkout, called customer service up said I have the receipt and left them . She said well nobody found them so there's no proof . Umm my receipt is proof and nobody is going to try and scam a dam bag of $3 potatoes. Customer service really sucks it's always the same rude girl in customer service that dosent help anyone. I'm xcited for the new Aldis that will be opening up at the Sheltons location I will never ever spend another dime at Martins . You morons get to lose out on $5,000 extra a year because you're to greedy to replace a $3 bag of potatoes
