Contribuiți la feedbackMy husband and I frequently visit Dunkin', and this location is our go-to since it's close to home. However, lately, we've been experiencing issues with our coffee orders being incorrect. Additionally, my husband has encountered troubles when he goes there after 11 PM until about 2 AM. They often say they are "updating systems" and refuse to serve customers during those hours. If you're open 24/7, shouldn’t you be serving customers around the clock? It's disappointing because we used to love this Dunkin', but now we've been going to the Salt Springs location instead, as their service is infinitely better!
When I pulled up to the window to get the remake, I noticed her throwing objects around and using inappropriate language while preparing my drink. When she handed me the coffee, I pointed out that it was made incorrectly—I had asked for extra almond milk and light ice. Instead of apologizing, she swore again, saying she was "fucking over this." I asked for her name, but she refused to tell me at first. Eventually, I found out she was the manager. At that point, I decided to refuse both coffees and went to Starbucks instead.
My sister asked if she could order something different and pay the difference or get a refund. The woman at the window said she couldn’t get a refund and insisted that my sister had to reorder the same drink. As my sister was trying to tell her the new order, the woman kept interrupting her. My sister pointed out that there was no need to be rude, and eventually, the woman told her to pull around. When we got to the window, the woman handed my sister her drink, but after she clearly requested light ice, she tried to close the window without fully shutting it. She was swearing and slamming things around. At this point, my sister, feeling frustrated, asked for the woman’s name. The woman initially refused to provide it, but eventually said her name was Candy and that she was the manager. For someone in a management position, she should be setting a positive example, but her attitude and customer service skills were far from acceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this unnecessary and unprofessional behavior.
I always go to this dunkin but tonight was horrible. I usually order online because its easier and alot faster. When I get up to the speaker at the drive thru and say I have mobile- the worker cuts me off and I pull up to the window to get the NASTIESTiced lattes. Matter of fact they tasted like the iced coffee. So if u plan on going here do it before noon, theafternoon/midnight staff are incredibly lazy and just want u out of there hair
I just want to know how these employees looked at this ?hot chocolate? And said yeah we can serve this . It was literally just hot water with whip cream up top . Ridiculous honestly
