Dragons Den Grille - Niles

While I don't know about the old management, this restaurant is now under new management. the new owner also runs a food truck and is the cook. cozy atmosphere with a medieval thema, friendly and attentive barkeeper (thanks to angel jukebox they can control with the phone, and pool tables. while we did not try the drinks, the food and the service was absolutely at the point. fries are spiced, not only salted, cheese sticks were perfectly fried and pulled to poor length. the phillie was perfectly seasoned, mushrooms and paprika were cooked so there was still a structure, not until it was like most places mush. the chefburger (blue cheese jalapeno) had a good balance of taste, without excessively spicy or blue cheese. the prices are great, especially for the quality of food. two of us ate for 30, including a few appetizers. 10/10 we're back, not asking.

Food was very good the service was just as good everybody in there seem to know what they were doing and very willing to answer any questions or take care of what you needed. Would recommend dragon den to anybody who asked about it and recommend them to try it

I am unsure if there is a new chef at this restaurant or if they have changed their practices. When I first dined here, the food and service were excellent. The Philly cheesesteak was the best I've ever had, with perfect cheese and delicious seasoned fries. However, during my most recent visit, we ordered a BLT, loaded nachos, Philly pizza, chicken Parmesan melt, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings from Doordash. Unfortunately, the BLT was missing from our order. The nachos had barely any cheese and were poorly assembled. The Philly pizza arrived as just a sandwich with unmelted cheese and uncooked peppers. The chicken Parmesan melt was not flattened and the cheese was not melted. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked and the onion rings were soggy. Overall, this order was extremely disappointing. I am left wondering what went wrong.
