Domino's Pizza - Niles

The workers there were so nice. I had to stand there wait on my pizzas even though the app said it was done ready but it really wasn't a long wait. The pizzas were delicious!

I had not eaten at Domino's in several years and did not like their pizza back then. However, after seeing numerous TV commercials for the chain, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered two large pizzas with salami and peppers. The pizza was delivered promptly and at a good price. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the amount of salami was minimal compared to the peppers. The shredded salami pieces were tiny and there were only about ten of them. After taking a bite, I quickly remembered why I had not liked Domino's pizza before - I found it to be terrible. My friends who were at my house at the time also agreed that it was the worst pizza we had ever had. There are many excellent pizzerias in the area, so unless you are looking to save money, I would recommend trying one of the local, family-owned pizza restaurants instead.

The food was ok. The delivery was quick. Local places are always better than chains. It just seems like they nickle and dime you for everything.

I would never order from this restaurant again. They didn't get my pizza order right, the manager was rude when I called to complain, and they refused to fix my pizza that had been dropped on the floor. The pizza had missing cheese and dirt on the top, which was gross. They thought I wouldn't notice, but I did.

I absolutely love this Domino's location. The staff is always friendly and my food is always prepared quickly. The interior is always clean which is great. My only complaint is about the parking lot and how some employees park in handicap spots.
