Dabba Dinner - Nijmegen

If you live in the Nijmegen region, this restaurant is excellent. They offer a set menu with four courses, which changes weekly. All dishes are vegetarian, with the option for most weeks to be vegan or to be made vegan upon request. The menu features cuisine from different countries such as Thai, Indian, and South Korean. The dishes are diverse and well-thought-out. Each meal we have had here has been enjoyable, making it a fast favorite. The food is served in reusable metal containers (with a deposit on the first order), which are collected and cleaned for the next meal - a great way to reduce waste.
